We start with a breed of beef that is leaner like Parthanais, and breed them with other lean, muscular breeds like Limousine, Simmental and Charlais.  See the difference in the fat on the carcass.

                                                                    The Leaner Cuts

In the case of our value added products such as sausages, hotdogs, and other ground products, we use our exclusive patented process that infuses canola oil, and replaces the artery clogging saturated fats that make the products moist and juicy. This makes our products just as good and tasty but with the essential fatty acids and omega 3's which are proven to be beneficial for optimum health.

We are striving to bring to America, healthy beef products that can help to end the obesity epidemic in our population, that has been proven to be related to major diseases like diabetes, cancer and heart problems.  Doctors tell us that cancer and diabetes feed on saturated fat and cholesterol and saturated fat blocks arteries.  By removing the animal fat, in our beef, we are making a healthy alternative to previously fatty cuts of beef.
